Jennifer Smith is the Chief Executive Officer and President at Lion Tide Solutions. Jennifer began her career with the federal government after getting her Bachelor of Science at Cornell University. She worked within the Dept of Homeland Security for the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS). There, she worked closely with federal law enforcement officials and learned about government procurement. She left that position to run a small family-owned retail enterprise, Centreshore, Inc., as the Chief Operating Officer where she raised revenue and implemented branding, advertising and customer service initiatives, as well as updating the company’s IT infrastructure. During her 12-year tenure she thrived within the small business structure. 

Ms. Smith returns to the government sector with a unique perspective that is not only mission focused, but also keenly focused on quality products and services, a commitment to customer satisfaction, efficiency and an overall philosophy to create effective and enduring industry partnerships. Jennifer is also Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified. 

Kevin Smith is the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Lion Tide Solutions. Mr. Smith leads business development, daily operations, and customer delivery, driving mission success for Lion Tide Customers. 

Prior to joining Lion Tide Solutions, Mr. Smith led the Digital Transformation Practice area and managed the U.S. Military Special Operations Portfolio at Dark Wolf Solutions. Mr. Smith’s prior roles also include Executive Vice President of National Security Practice at SMX, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at C2S Consulting Group, Director at Gartner in the Federal and Defense Sector, and leading teams in support of Air Force clients and as a Senior Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community. 

Prior to his time in the private sector, Mr. Smith was a proud member of the U.S. Navy serving in Intelligence and Operations roles in support of the F-18 community as well as at U.S. Naval Forces Central Command in the Middle East.
